The Applicant shall consider the below general criteria prior to submitting their EOI:
General Criteria:
¿ Applicants shall submit their EOI individually, either as:
(i) the gas turbine manufacturer; or 
(ii) the reciprocating engine manufacturer

¿ Company profile, including a brief description of the main business activity and any relevant experiences works for Mobile Power Plant Land Mounted Dual Firing in Multiple Location

¿ For Applicants in the form of gas turbine manufacturer:
Information regarding Applicant’s products which has been commercially operating (shall include at least gas turbine output and heat rate at generator terminal on ISO condition and site condition (30 degree Celsius, 85% relative humidity, and 1,013.25 mbar atmospheric pressure),
Information regarding number of similarly sized power generation projects in the past 10 years (gas turbine power plant, simple cycle or combined cycle, with capacity range of 5 to 100 MW).

Information regarding Applicant’s factory(ies) (shall include at least location, production scale/capacity, and duration to manufacture the type offered).

¿ For Applicants in the form of reciprocating engine manufacturer:

Information regarding Applicant’s products which has been commercially operating (shall include at least output and heat rate at generator terminal on ISO condition and site condition (30 degree Celsius, 85% relative humidity, and 1,013.25 mbar atmospheric pressure)

Information regarding number of similarly sized power generation projects in the past 10 years (capacity range of 5 to 100 MW).
